We began our trading operations in July 2003 and have grown from 1000 m2 of lettable space to what is now approaching 10 000m2 of self storage space; with 208 car parking bays. Storage Solutions remains the sole provider of 24 hour access, high security, self storage for households, company assets, document storage, mini warehousing, long term parking and container parking for both corporate and individuals.

We currently operate two self-storage facilities, one in the Southern part of Gaborone near Gaborone International Commerce Park (GICP) and Game City shopping mall, and one in the Northern part of Gaborone in Block 10 near Diamond Trading Company (DTC) on the airport road. Storage Solutions provides thermal insulated storage spaces which are divided into individual units with each storage unit having its own access via a roller-shutter door. Our tenants provide their own padlocks and keep their keys.

Our self-storage units vary in size from the smallest which is 4.7m2 to the biggest which is 48.7m2. Our minimum rental period is one week. We provide 24 hour security with security personnel provided by Security Systems. We also have a rapid response alarm, a monitored electrified fence and various other security measures.

Our aim is to give our customers safety for their goods with privacy, flexibility and convenience all wrapped into one product; and all at a reasonable and flexible rental.
